This agreement is between you and Accron Revolutions, which operates MrDooD in Vavuniya, Sri Lanka. It sets out how you shop and deliver for MrDooD customers as a partner, and how you are paid. You accept it when you submit your registration; it takes effect when your registration is approved.

Our relationship

You are an independent partner, not an employee. You decide when you work, and you may work for others too.

When you shop for an order you act as the customer’s buying agent: you buy what they asked for, on their behalf, at the stall’s price.

Who can be a partner

  • You are at least 18 years old and hold a valid National Identity Card.
  • For a motorbike, three-wheeler or van: you hold a valid driving licence for it, and the vehicle has current registration, insurance and a revenue licence.
  • Everything you give us in your registration is true and is yours. If a document expires or changes, you tell us and upload the new one.

We may ask to see original documents before or after approval.

Taking orders

You go online in the partner app when you want work. Orders near you are offered to available partners and go to whoever accepts first.

Accept only orders you can complete. If something stops you after accepting, tell us in the app straight away so the order can be passed to another partner.

Shopping for a customer

  • Buy at the market at the price the stall charges. Never add anything to the price of the goods.
  • Choose with care: the freshness of what you buy is the whole of the customer’s trust in us.
  • If an item is unavailable or not good enough, photograph what there is and wait for the customer’s answer in the app. Never substitute anything without their approval.
  • Record what you bought and what it weighed as the app asks, so the customer’s bill is the real one.
  • Do not accept commissions, gifts or discounts from stallholders for sending business their way.

Meat, fish and food safety

Meat and fish travel in an insulated cold box with ice, kept apart from vegetables. Buy them last and deliver them first. If an order is delayed to the point where meat or fish is no longer safe, do not deliver it — tell us in the app.

What you earn

For each completed delivery you earn a base fee and a rate for the distance, plus any incentives we offer. The current rates are set out in your training and in the app before you accept an order, and each order shows what it pays.

We may change rates. A change never applies to an order you have already accepted, and we tell you in the app before it takes effect.

Payouts and cash

  • Your earnings are recorded in your MrDooD wallet as each order completes.
  • We pay your balance to the bank account or mobile wallet you registered, daily, on the same night.
  • Cash you collect from customers belongs to the order, not to you. Hand it in daily by 9:00 pm — at our Vavuniya office or agent, or by deposit to our bank account with your partner code as the reference. It is settled against the same wallet.
  • The app limits how much cash you may carry at one time. Cash not handed in on time can pause your ability to take orders until it is settled.

If you think a payout or settlement is wrong, tell us within seven days and we will check it against the record of every order.

Safety and conduct

  • Obey traffic law. Wear a helmet on a motorbike. Do not use your phone while riding or driving.
  • Never work under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Treat customers, stallholders and our staff with respect.

Customers’ personal information

You see a customer’s name, address and order only to deliver it. Use them for nothing else, do not keep them, and do not contact a customer outside an order. This is required by the Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022, and our privacy policy explains how we handle your own information.

Your vehicle and costs

Your vehicle, fuel, phone and data are yours to provide and maintain, and you are responsible for keeping your licence and insurance valid. You are responsible for your own conduct on the road.

Pausing or ending the agreement

You may stop being a partner at any time by telling us. We may pause or end your access for unsafe driving, fraud, abuse, cash not handed in, repeated cancellations, or a serious breach of this agreement — and we will tell you why.

When the agreement ends, we settle your wallet: we pay what we owe you, and you hand in any cash you hold.

Changes to this agreement

We may update this agreement. Each version has a date; we tell you in the app before a new version applies, and continuing to take orders after that means you accept it.

Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka decide any dispute about it.
